We'll identify any issues during maintenance and provide you with repair recommendations. To maintain your No Breakdown Guarantee, recommended repairs must be completed. All repairs receive your plan's discount percentage.

Each maintenance plan covers one HVAC system. If you have multiple units (like separate heating and cooling systems, or multiple zones), we can set up plans for each system. Contact us for multi-unit pricing.

We recommend scheduling maintenance before peak seasons - spring for cooling systems and fall for heating systems. For two-visit plans, we typically schedule one visit in spring and one in fall for optimal year-round performance.
